Some relief in difficult times

There’s not much relief these days from the onslaught of persistent human stupidity. If you feel scared and outraged, you’re not alone. I wish there were an undo button for how much damage that the powerful can inflict.

The solace I’m holding onto is that it’s all bigger than we are. Some humans forget this in their short-sightedness.

I’m not sure how we survive the “industriousness” of our species, but all of us are here now and our lives are a miracle. We’ll do what we can, even if it’s just to get through the day.
