I’ve never had a dog before and I’m not a gifted dog communicator, but I still try to learn their language the best I can.

Animal drawings still fill my sketchbooks. When humans perplex me, I find some comfort in knowing that we’re not the only ones on the planet.

Here is a batch of cartoons of a few dogs I’ve met and drawn over the years.
