We live in a stressful world and sometimes it's the small-world things that make it easier to keep going and stay hopeful.
I'm not great at baking or climbing, but I find they teach me patience and persistence — and at the end of the day, that it’s nice to share something I enjoy with others.
It also helps me to not eat all of the banana bread.
