How to Survive the Holidays

Happy Thanksgiving if you celebrate! Hope you have many of your favorite things and people around you.

The holidays can be very full and also very stressful. I’m sharing a comic I drew about the week I’m having, in case you need to see it too. It was a relief to write and fun to draw, despite being in the middle of going through it.

Life is full of blessings and also it’s a lot, especially in busy times of year when expectations and tensions can run high. We’ll get through and we’ll be okay.

I would like to say -
the holidays aren’t easy.
Keeping sane is WORK.

Wherever you are,
it’s fine to take a breather
from holiday cheer.

If you’re struggling,
know that you’re not so alone.
We’ll have drinks after.
