New Normal
Comic about living in a technology world
I couldn’t wait to share this comic with you. I had fun writing it.
I don’t actually have a terminal of screens and monitors, but it often feels that way, with the constant barrage of sensory inputs we’re bombarded with everyday.
Are we the ones in control? Sometimes, I’m not so sure.

Earlier in the week, a late winter blizzard dropped 20 inches of snow on New York City. I dug up a few of my early snow cartoons (from 2013, 2016, and 2017). As a Southern California transplant, the last blizzard I remember was in 2016!
Hope spring brings us hope, renewal, and more time away from our screens.
Thanks for reading and being here, given everything else you could be doing!

Love this Cartoon, Connie! Thanks for brightening my day and reminding me that we all have agency and can control (to some extend) how we spend our time and perhaps more importantly with whom!
This one is very resonant for me. I’ve had instagram blocked for 11 days and it’s been a good reset (though I kinda miss some things about it and will probably get on this weekend!) It’s interesting to see how your style has changed since the storm those years ago. Thanks for sharing!
