Taking self-care very, very seriously
Stress brings out the worst parts of my personality and, lately, I’ve been more stressed than usual. So it’s time to take better care of myself.
Sometimes, going back to basics is best. I need to draw and write things down to process, but I often find that doing something physical, like going for a walk or climbing at the gym, helps reset my mood most.
This week, I’m reminding myself to do more of what makes me stronger and better able to manage stress.
What are some of your go-to self-care strategies?
